Our Promise to You:
We strive to be leaders in the scrapbooking industry and especially in the die cutting market and how it relates to scrapbooking.
Our aim is to be able to answer all your questions and provide all your product needs quickly and efficiently.
We try to ship all orders within 72 hours. If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, it will automatically be placed on backorder. We do not charge extra for shipping backorders within the USA. International customers who don't want to wait for backorders to complete their orders can request us to split the order. Additional shipping charges may occur.
If there are multiple back ordered items on your order, it is possible that they may be shipped in multiple packages as we generally ship backordered items in as we receive them. If you want us to hold your order until all the items are available, please let us know in the comments section during checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return a die or other product for exchange or return please contact us first for Return Authorization and the address to which returns must be sent.
Computerized cutting machines like, but not limited to, the Pazzles Inspiration and BossKut Gazelle machines cannot be returned. They are covered under warranty. If you have a warranty issue, please call us and we will help you.
Items may only be returned for refund or exchange if they are in new, unopened condition.
Items returned for credit or exchange are not charged a restocking fee.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned for refund. Refunds are processed back via the same method of payment: credit card charges or payments made through Paypal (
www.paypal.com
) will be refunded through Paypal, Credit cards processed through our terminal will be refunded the same way. Payments made by check or money order must clear the bank before they are refunded by check.
All canceled Layaways are assessed a $15.00 or 5% processing fee (whichever is higher) for any refunded payments and this will be deducted from your refund. However you may use the payments we have already received towards future purchases and if so will not incur any processing fees.
